Experience

I am a current student with a vast curiosity and habit of collecting random information. I love to learn. I want to be able to instill that love of learning into others, even if the subject of the moment is not very interesting. By learning, we grow. Any subject (yes, even math) can help us develop as individuals; we reveal our personalities, our interests, our unique challenges by learning, by growing. It is because of this process that I love to tutor. I have actively studied martial arts and continue to teach classes whenever necessary. Although I am younger than many instructors, I would when to have fun, and when to teach. I enjoy teaching. I also have an excellent academics record, and wish to encourage others to achieve the same goals. Sometimes we need to find passion for academia outside of ourselves. When that help is needed, I want to be there for whoever needs it.

Hobbies

Besides martial arts, music, and generally being a nerd, I also love art. Drawing is one of my favorite hobbies, and I often carry a sketchpad with me in case I find something interesting to draw. I also love to write. I started writing poetry at a young age, and still love to create magic with words. Besides academia, I also love nature and have been accused more than once of being a time traveling hippie. But don't worry. I plead the fifth amendment. I am very excited to work with anyone who needs me.
